Summary:The unstable energy of EH-DAS poses a challenge to system performance. For this reason, this article considers dynamic adjustment of RAU power and user scheduling in EH-DAS to gain sustainable operation of EH-DAS and decrease the communication outages caused by coverage zooming. First, a system model combining coverage zooming and user scheduling is established and an optimization problem targeting at maximizing energy efficiency is formulated under the constraints of required user quality of service and maximum transmit power of EH-RAU. Then, the problem is decomposed into two sub-problems of user scheduling and energy efficiency maximization. In order to solve the problem in real time, a Find-DMU scheme is designed and combined with the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to obtain the optimal solution. The simulation results show that the proposed model has good performance in terms of system energy efficiency, outage performance, and optimization speed.
