A flat-top Seed Source Using Binarized Multi-frequency signals Modulation for High-Power Fiber Lasers

We propose a flexibly tunable seed source broadening scheme by binarized multi-frequency signal design and high-order phase modulation. Flat-top spectra with different bandwidths up to 20GHz and a 1.5-fold improvement of SBS threshold is achieved.
