Summary: | In the Reform Plan for Deepening Standardization Work, it is proposed to cultivate and develop social organization standard, and to cultivate a number of social organizations with certain popularity and influence. In order to analyze the development of social organization standard and explore the gap of social organization standard in China and abroad, this paper takes IEEE, ASTM and ASME as reference objects, selects some typical social organizations on the national group standards information platform, and makes a comparative analysis. On the whole, it is found that the development speed of social organization standards in China is very fast, and the number of social organizations is in the forefront of the world, but the overall strength of social organizations is weak, lacking of social organizations with international influence. Due to the late start, the total number of social organization standards in China is not very high. There is still a long way to go for Chinese social organizations to play a role on the global market and realize the effective supply of market standards in China. From the perspective of social organization, the comparative analysis shows that the establishment time of social organizations in China is relatively short. The number of members in the social organization is small, lack of international members. Their standardization organizations structure is not perfect. The number and size of social organization are small. The standard management institutions are large and general, that leads to unscientific and incomplete management of social organization standards work. Most of the social organizations are lack awareness of openness and transparency, and do not publish their intellectual property policy. |
