Summary:Based on the analysis of surging phenomenon in Kenli petrochemical refinery and the operation characteristics of compressor, this paper presents an anti surging control scheme combining fuzzy control and PID. The simulation results show that the control system can effectively adjust the opening of anti surge valve according to the inlet flow value, so as to prevent the unit from entering the surge area.
