Summary: | In actual machining, length of tool path has an important influence on machining efficiency, so optimizing tool path has become an important research direction in numerical control (NC) machining. This paper summarizes the intelligent optimization algorithms of NC machining tool path optimization. Three categories are divided into: evolutionary algorithm, non-evolutionary algorithm and swarm intelligent algorithm. By analyzing the shortcomings of current tool path optimization methods and combining with the four elements realized by digital twin technology, the future path optimization methods are summarized and prospected in order to get a better path optimization method. |
