Summary: | The star tracker bracket is a structure that connects the satellite deck and the star tracker. It requires reliable carrying capacity, light weight, and easy manufacturing. In response to the above requirements, a topological optimization method was used to design a star tracker bracket with simple configuration and capable of being manufactured by machining. Calculations show that the strength and rigidity of the star tracker bracket can meet the requirements, and compared with the traditional bracket, the weight of the optimized bracket is reduced by 38.6%. The feasibility of the method in structural design is verified by this test case, and it provides a useful reference for the lightweight design of similar structures. |
