Summary:This paper presents a study of the influence on the electrical parameters of a linear generator with permanent magnets and no iron core, exerted by the number of its windings, connected in series, the number of their turns and the dimensions of the air gap between the magnets and the windings. Program simulations with ANSYS 2019 R1 and FEMM 4.2 have been performed and experimental studies of the linear generator have been carried out. The obtained model with good accuracy simulates the operation of the studied generator. When the construction is optimized, the electrical parameters of the generator significantly improve.
