Summary:In order to provide a Marx generator with pulses with adjustable amplitude of 50 ~ 100kV, leading edge less than 30ns and half height width more than 200ns, a Marx trigger with unilateral charging is designed. The whole circuit simulation model is established, and the influence of spurious capacitance and switch inductance on the output waveform is analyzed by simulation. The functions of circuit parameters and waveform parameters are obtained by fitting.
