Summary: | The development of a medical intelligent optical system for automated assessment of tissue oxygen status and recognition of the general functional state of a person is presented. The operation of the system is based on the optical properties of physiological forms of hemoglobin and is capable of processing biosignals recorded by an optical multichannel sensor of the optoelectronic unit of the system to obtain an oxygen digital image of human tissues with subsequent use of data mining and machine learning methods. Within the framework of the study, a complex of algorithms and methods of data mining was used with the aim of visualizing and dividing the obtained oxygen digital images of the 31 subjects into groups with different functional states. The data mining complex includes the principal component analysis (PCA), cluster analysis algorithms. The results of clustering by different methods are presented. The obtained experimental results of the study have an informative interpretation and allow to demonstrate the possibilities and advantages of using data mining in medical express diagnostics systems. |
