Summary: | Pinch analysis is a mature and well-established process energy analysis method, which can achieve significant energy saving effect in industrial production. This paper firstly analyzes the heat exchange network of the crude oil gathering and transportation system of of the Union Station A by using the pinch technology, and uses the problem table algorithm (PTA) to determine the pinch temperature and establish the heat exchange network. After adding 5 heat exchangers to optimize the heat exchange network, the maximum energy saving potential is 5797.2kW, and the energy saving effect can reach 42.2%. The energy saving effect is remarkable after the implementation of energy saving transformation. |
