Summary: | This article shows the procedure made for the elaboration of a didactic handbook using the Matlab, for the subject Telecommunications I of the sixth academic semester in the Electronics engineering career, of the Faculty of Engineering of the Ricardo Palma University. Therefore, based on the content of the syllabus, several examples and exercises were chosen and developed with simulations of the topics of this subject; as, for example: representation of periodic and non-periodic signals, application of analog filters, representation of the Series and the Fourier Transform, and analog modulation/demodulation AM, FM and PM. Also, with the experience in the dictation of the hours of theory and practice of this subject, from the academic semester 2010-1 to date, averages of the qualified practices as evolution of time were plotted and a substantial increment of the result of such evaluations was obtained, showing a positive slope equal to 0.2965. |
