Summary:This paper proposes a total energy model for laser displacement sensor. Further more, according this model, the problems caused by irregular change of imaging waveforms in full scale can be reduced. For Verifying the validity of light energy model, a simulated optical path is built. Furthermore, for verifying the feasibility, experiments including calibration and repeatability are implemented. The results show that, the calibrated error and the repeat error are less than 1 mv and 0.06 V.
