Summary:Lubricating oil plays a role in reducing wear in the engine, with the increase of engine running time, metal particles generated from the friction between parts will enter the lubricating oil, resulting in oil degradation and damaging the viscose-temperature performance of the lubricating oil. However, viscosity-temperature performance is an important index of engine health. In this paper, the viscose-temperature performance of lubricating oil is monitored to analyze whether the equipment is in normal operation. In case of abnormal operation, monitor the concentration of wear particles in the lubricating oil, the metal particles with the largest correlation degree in lubricating oil were calculated by grey relational analysis method. According to the correlation degree of wear particles, find out the wear part of engine. This method can judge whether the equipment is running normally, and find out the wear parts in time, improve the reliability and operation efficiency of the equipment, and reduce the harmfulness of production safety accidents.
