Summary:With the further development of the electricity retail market reform of the retail side, the profit mode of electricity retail companies tend to be diversified. The differential discount price mechanism has become an effective measure to meet the heterogeneous needs of end consumers and improve the benefits of the electricity retail companies. Firstly, the solution method of key parameters and pricing decision model of differentiated discount price mechanism are established. Secondly, with this mechanism, considering the limited rational selection behavior of residential users, the load capacity potential of adjustable equipment is evaluated and the cost-benefit of load regulation of electricity retail companies is calculated. Finally, taking the collected data of residential power consumption information in a certain district of Suzhou as an example, experimental solution results show that compared with the conventional peak valley pricing strategy, differentiated discount pricing can effectively improve the potential of load capacity regulation and improve the operating income of electricity retail companies.
