Summary:The compensation management of high-tech enterprises in the information age needs strategic thinking. It obeys and serves the enterprise strategy. Its significance is to help enterprises control risks, strive for profits and maximize enterprise benefits in the future development competition. With the wide application of artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies in enterprise human resource management, with the advantages of big data and the use of cloud computing and other processing technologies, we can record and analyze the daily work content, work objectives and task completion of employees, realize the comprehensive evaluation of different employees, and quickly generate the compensation results corresponding to employee performance, it greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of compensation management. Artificial intelligence uses these data to analyze the correlation between compensation and position grade by establishing mathematical model, so as to set up enterprise compensation grade and compensation standard more reasonably; At the same time, through more scientific data comparison and calculation, we can truly realize the fairness of compensation, turn compensation and reward into data support, and improve the fairness and transparency of enterprise management. This paper analyzes the influence of the factors related to the enterprise strategy in the information age on the compensation management of high-tech enterprises, probes into the main problems existing in the compensation management of high-tech enterprises at the present stage, and puts forward some countermeasures for constructing the compensation management corresponding to the strategy of high-tech enterprises.
