Summary: | The article defines criteria and their indicators used to assess the effectiveness of intelligent decision support systems (IDSS) in technological processes of educational sphere big data processing. These criteria and indicators are given as part of a three-level hierarchical structure, which comprises information process (upper level), IDSS (middle level), and IDSS data store (lower level). Approaches to identification of IDSS functional responsiveness and resource capacity as well as performance of such IDSS on data analysis tasks using machine learning models are given. The results of the work done were tested while developing IDSS components for The Institute of Digital Education of Moscow City University. |
