Summary:This paper proposes an improvement of the existing temperature detector in industrial machines and automatic overheat early detection to prevent machines from operating in overheated conditions. This approach utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) as a platform to notify and alert the user if the machine is overheating. Other than that, the integrated relay will cut off the power supply of the machine if the overheating condition is detected. The proposed system uses DHT 11 to sense temperature, with three different maximum temperature values that can be set depending on the machine requirement. Automatic Overheat Early Detection is a safe and systematic system that can prevent the overheat of machines, thus ensuring the machine operates in optimum condition.
