Summary: | This paper proposes a hybrid PI (policy iteration) /VI (value iteration) control method for an electro-hydraulic servo system. The design of a hybrid PI/VI controller can be carried out in three steps: Firstly, an improved polynomial nonlinear control law is designed, which can ensure that the system has nonlinear control performance, and the solution of the control law is given; secondly, the problem of solving the nonlinear control law can be transformed into a problem of single objective polynomial global optimization which can be solved by genetic algorithm. Finally, the proposed control law is experimentally verified. The results show that, compared with the genetic algorithm optimized PID control law, the hybrid PI/VI control law has stronger robustness and control performance. |
