Summary: | Objective: To study the effect of "yingwei fang plus or minus" on patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with depression. Methods: 39 cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with depression were observed, including 14 cases of Yin deficiency and desiccation, 10 cases of qi and Yin deficiency and 15 cases of Yin and Yang deficiency. All of them took "Ying Wei Addition and reduction prescription" capsules orally, 5 capsules each time, 3 times a day, and combined with the dialectical treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine, hypoglycemic and other conventional treatment. Results of hamD-24 depression Scale score and hemoglobin measurement before treatment and 30 days after treatment: The HAM score of diabetes patients with depression in Yin deficiency and desiccant heat type, qi and Yin deficiency type and Yin and Yang deficiency type all changed to different degrees before and after treatment (P<0.05);Compared with the dry heat type of Yin deficiency, the dry heat type of Yin deficiency improved significantly (P<0.05).The levels of hBA1C in all groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05).However, there was no significant difference among all groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: "Yingwei fang plus or minus" can improve the glycosylated hemoglobin and depression in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with depression. |
