Summary: | The reliability and safety of the main pump of HVDC Converter Stations valve cooling system are particularly important during the operation process, which directly affect the stable operation of the converter valve. In this paper, the failure locking reasons in the main pump of HVDC Converter Stations valve cooling system in one station have been analyzed and the mechanical seal, bearings and lubrication of main pump have been optimized and improved. After the optimized improvement was implement, The main pump can operate safely and stably for long time, and the reliability of the cooling system significantly improved. This research provides a basis for the main pump of HVDC Converter Stations valve cooling system technical improvement in similar DC project. |
