Summary: | All-electric helicopter becomes the emerging trend, as it preserves high reliability, good maintainability, and low price-performance ratio, many achievements have been made around the world. The bottle neck is the development of high PWR (power-to-weight ratio) permanent magnet motors. In this paper, the electromotive tail rotor system of tiltrotor has been deeply studied and a high PWR (kw/kg \gt2.0) permanent magnet motor has been designed. It consists of a novel heat management system and control strategy of tail rotor motor, which adopts CNN algorithm to achieve the decoupling of main and tail propeller. The kinematics and dynamics analysis of the electromotive tail rotor are put forward. The 2D and 3D simulation model is designed and implemented. The results of experiments show high performance. |
