Summary:In order to make the distribution network planning better adapt to the development of the regional economy and society, this subject has carried out a systematic study on the adaptability of the planning. By analyzing the internal and external influencing factors of distribution network planning, the candidate indicators for planning adaptability evaluation are proposed; using the interpretation structure model method, key indicators are selected, and a complete indicator system for the adaptability of distribution network planning is constructed. Then, considering the subjective and objective factors, time and probability characteristics of the evaluation index, the index weight design was carried out, and the index measurement model was established. Finally, taking Wangjiangjing area distribution network planning as an example, a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method.
