Summary:Engineering training is the main fundamental practice for students in the university, but in the past, it only contained practice on the spot. This paper constructs the "online and offline" mixed teaching mode of engineering training to improve the flexible of engineering training and equipment utility rate. Firstly, it establishes the mixed teaching mode based on PDCA cycle model, and optimizes the teaching content, form and method. According to characteristic of teaching content, it is decomposed into two parts, online and offline. The online module is focus on fundamental and offline is focus on operation process. And the professional software platform is used to conduct online teaching for students. From the analysis of the actual teaching effect and students' feedback, this mode can not only ensure that students master the theoretical knowledge of engineering practice, but also make full use of equipment to ensure students' actual operation time, which improves students' interest in learning and provides a new direction for the reform of engineering training in the future.
