Summary: | A dual-layer circular polarized transmitarray element is designed in this paper. The proposed element consists of two metal layers etched on two side of a one-layer substrate, whose relative permittivity of \varepsilon_{r}=4.3. In order to achieve circular polarization, the metallic layers are designed as double hexagonal split ring, where the size of these two layers are the same. By rotating a circular polarized element about its origin, it could realize a good element loss and a sufficient phase coverage with 360°. |
