Summary: | Based on the structural characteristics of multi-circuit transmission lines on the same tower and the typical failures of wire breakage, this paper proposes a wire repair robot system design, which mainly includes the design of the walking mechanism, the wire breakage sorting robot design, and the pre-twisted wire repair robot design. The traveling mechanism adopts the design of V-shaped wheel and equipotential ring to ensure the obstacle crossing function and equipotential connection. Wire repair adopts a dual-robot online operation method. After the arranging robot compresses the loose strand wires, the pre-twisted wire installation robot is used for pre-twisted wire repair. This program can provide a reference for the research and development of related products. |
