RF Frequency locking of electrically driven III-V Optomechanical resonator
A piezoelectric electro-optomechanical crystal made of Indium Gallium Phoshpide is demonstrated. The electromechanical actuation results in a coupling rate equal to 1µHz and is used for injection locking by an external generator. © 2021 The Author(s)
