Summary:In this paper, we analyze the Green's functions of the radiation problem composed by a linear magnetic current in a heterogeneous medium with horizontal and vertical stratification. The Green's function method is used to obtain the electromagnetic fields in a particular situation with three media (air, water and soil). The results present some general characteristics for the Green's functions in each media. The knowing these Green's functions is important to understand the reflected and transmitted electromagnetic fields in each medium.
