Summary:C-Creative protein (CRP) analyzer is widely used in medical institutions. This article presents a novel design of calibration procedure for the essential metrological parameters such as "relative indication error", "repeatability", and "linear correlation coefficient" of CRP analyzer, by studying the working principle of the equipment. The procedure and the selected reference material are proved to be qualified for the calibration requirements of CRP analyzer by performing calibration experiment on several typical types of CRP analyzers, which is of great importance for the quality control and establishment of metrological traceability system of CRP analyzer.
