Summary: | Restricted by many factors, the proportion of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges in our country is seriously insufficient, and there is a lack of an effective and referenceable "double-qualified" teacher team construction model. Based on this, this article takes H polytechnic an example to discuss the construction model of the "double-qualified" teacher team. Practice has shown that this model can form a joint force of the government, industries, enterprises, and schools to ensure the benign and long-term development of the "double-qualified" team construction, and promote the continuous improvement of the "double-qualified" teacher team. |
