Summary:Changqing oilfield gradually enters the stable production stage with the extension of production time. The number of oil and gas wells with casing damage, scaling, blockage and falling fish is also increasing year by year. How to judge the downhole problems quickly and accurately is the key to workover operation. so as to avoid the blindness of the workover operation. In order to achieve this goal, accurate and efficient downhole detection technology is required. At present, the current detection technology in Changqing Oilfield is the indirect detection method, and the detection results are not intuitive and accurate [1]-[2] . The on-line detection of Downhole Video is intuitive and efficient, which can eliminate the multiple solutions and uncertainties in the traditional log interpretation, thus providing visual information with the analysis and research of complex problems [3]-[9] . This paper contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional underground detection technology, and analyzes the structure, working principle and application of the Downhole Video online logging system. Aiming at the various factors affecting the clarity of underground television images in logging process, especially in oil wells, the supporting technology to improve the visibility of Downhole Video environment was developed and field test was carried out. It has obtained good results, improved the adaptability of Downhole Video to the detection environment, and provided technical guidance for the popularization and application of Downhole Video in workover operation.
