Summary: | In this letter, a coplanar feed quad-band notched UWB Antenna which is ground with slots is designed. This antenna uses FR4 with dielectric constant of 4.4 and thickness of 0.8 mm as dielectric substrate. The size of antenna is 30 mm × 20 mm. By etched different sizes and shapes of slot on circular radiation patches and coplanar floors, four notches covering 3.12-4.01 GHz, 5.02-5.49 GHz, 5.57-6.03 GHz and 7.00-8.00 GHz are obtained, which can avoid signal interference from WiMAX, WLAN and X-band respectively, and the antenna also have good far-field radiation characteristics. |
