Summary:The work is devoted to the analysis of digital methods for extracting linear and periodic components in highly noisy signals of radio engineering systems. When analyzing random data, situations often arise when it is necessary to find out whether observations or estimates of signal parameters are statistically independent or whether they are subject to a trend - a monotonic or periodic change in the properties of systems or processes. This problem acquires special significance in the analysis of non-stationary data, in which it is necessary to reliably identify the presence of a trend or identify their parameters against the background of random changes (in single measurements).
