Summary: | Electromagnetic field theory is a crucial content in the field of electronic engineering, the practical proof of its theory also guides the beginners in the field. This paper focuses on experiments on capacitors, electric field strength and particle performance, magnetic field strength and particle performance, and radio waves and electromagnetic fields. These four online laboratory experiments explore capacitors, electric fields, magnetic fields, and EM waves, respectively. The purpose of this report is to convey the information compiled as a result of this work. The article accesses the online applet used from https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation of Physics Education Technology (PhET) and conducts experiments under the environment of installing Java script. Through experiments, the understanding and knowledge of related topics are effectively enhanced, thereby benefiting students. It verified the proportional relationship between stored charge, energy and capacitance, summarized the behavior of particles under electric and magnetic fields, and verified that high-frequency electrons produce short wavelengths, while strong electric fields cause strong forces applied to the electrons. |
