Summary: | The piercing rise in the emissions from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles contributes in increment of environmental issues, except low conversion efficiency and the energy crises leads to the evolution of electric vehicles. The increment in the quantity of electric vehicles have significant impacts on distribution systems. To ensure the stable performance of a distribution network, evaluation of the impact of electric vehicles charging on distribution systems is a crucial factor. Different methods and charging strategies are developed to analyze the effects of electric vehicle charging with different electric vehicles penetrations in the last few years. This particular review gives a detailed overview of the literature, which consists of the impact of electric vehicles charging on distribution networks. |
