The main objective of this project is to focus on providing interactive efficient system to smart residence users and service providers in energy network which is low cost and user friendly. This paper is about a flexible home control and monitoring system using an embedded web server with TCP/IP connectivity to access and control devices remotely with android Smartphone application. Our system can use a local or remote web server with database for storing data and is capable of not only sending commands but also collecting data from sensors .The server is also flexible for smartphone application, website or desktop application access. The proposed system is expected to be in near future regular houses a low cost and easy to plug one in the existant houses.
