The risks are required to be analyzed and proper prevention and mitigation techniques have been employed by bank to protect the sensitive information following through the local network and also with public network. The various protection mechanisms with tool and technologies are used by bank to protect the sensitive and critical customer and bank information from cyber criminals. The intruder can disrupt the functions of online bank by service congestion or by vulnerability analysis. In this research work we have proposed a layer based security framework for bank that operates its businesses under online mode. The authorization matrix defines the level of functional depth with defined role of each employee of the bank.
