ChemInform Abstract: Crystal Phase-Controlled Synthesis of Cu2FeSnS4 Nanocrystals with a Band Gap of Around 1.5 eV

Cu2FeSnS4 nanocrystals with the wurtzite structure are synthesized by quick injection of a mixture of 1‐dodecanethiol and tert‐dodecanethiol into a mixture of Cu(acac)2, Fe(acac)3, SnCl4, and oleylamine (210 °C, 30 min).
