Summary: | This paper includes an application of the four rotor unmanned aerial vehicle names as quadrocopter. This application is determination of the traffic density depending on the number of vehicle in the certain area. For this aim, first of all a quadrocopter has been designed. Designed quadrocopter is provided flying stably and flying over the waypoint at the desired area. Images are transmitted to ground control unit via video transmitter located on the vehicle and processed using MATLAB program. For video processing process, first received analog video is converted to digital video and then is applied video processing procedures. This process is performed by processing of video background. This paper differs from the other studies in terms of some points which are application area, quadrocopter control systems, video transmission system, and antenna system. Successful results of this study are achieved. |
