Extended operating temperature range of passively mode locked laser diode based on adaptable saturable absorber design
We report passive mode locking operation of phosphorus quaternary based laser diodes at high operating temperatures. With an adapted design of the absorber, stable mode locking is observed at temperatures of up to 75 C
