Summary:The TsAGI's oscillatory conning experimental rig is presented. The model motion kinematics are considered. The test procedure and data processing technique are described. The unsteady aerodynamic characteristics for 70 degree delta wing at high angles of attack are presented. The experimental technique to obtain the pure unsteady aerodynamic derivatives (derivatives with respect to /spl alpha//spl dot/ and /spl beta//spl dot/) with the use of this rig is considered. The results of small amplitude forced oscillations and oscillatory conning are compared.
