Summary:This paper presents an innovative conditioning and read-out interface for resistive MEMS sensor. The proposed structure is implemented along with offset compensation for robustness to process and temperature variations. Simulation results demonstrate a significant increase of the resolution to power consumption ratio. Temperature and Monte-Carlo simulations finally demonstrate the need for offset compensation and an efficient technique is presented.
