Summary:The human resource management system is more and more valued. As a special resource of an enterprise, the human resource management system is the core competitiveness of the enterprise's survival and development. China is a large pig production country, and pig production is a large part of China's agricultural production system, which is of great significance for promoting the development of China's agricultural economy. Many pig production enterprises in China lack a sound human resources management system, which makes the enterprises' economic benefits low and causes inestimable losses. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems existing in the human resource management system of pig production enterprises in China. Based on the theory of human resource management, this article discusses the specific practice of the human resource management system of pig production enterprises. Research on benefits and organizational structure. The research results show that for hog production enterprises, a good human resource management system can not only increase the company's production capacity by 22.3%, but also increase the company's income by 27.6%. It will also effectively increase the work enthusiasm and mobilization of employees at all levels employees' enthusiasm for work is conducive to improving the enterprise's ability to resist risks. A healthy and reasonable human resource management system has become a decisive factor in the core value of hog production enterprises.
