Summary:With the continuous development of population aging, the proportion of middle-aged and elderly people in social groups is becoming larger and larger, and it has gradually become a group that cannot be ignored in society, and this will also increase the government and the public's pension burden. All this suggests that it is imperative to further strengthen the attention of all aspects of the elderly, and it is particularly important to strengthen the attention to the physical health of the elderly. The purpose of this article is to observe the effects of aerobic exercise on the health of the elderly through animal experiments. This article first introduces the basic theory of aerobic exercise, then analyzes various indicators for evaluating fitness effects, and gives prescriptions for exercise interventions. In the experimental part, 40 elderly rats were divided into a test group and a control group, and each group had ten male rats and ten female rats. And the rats in the two groups were exercised for 10 weeks. The test group used treadmill exercise with increasing load and exercised at least 3 times a week; the control group exercised at most 3 times a week. The experimental results prove that aerobic exercise can effectively improve the body shape, physical fitness, aerobic capacity and bone density of rats. In this paper, the bone density of men and women in the control group was decreased by 0.07 and 0.17, and the bone density of men and women in the test group was increased by 0.16 and 0.24, respectively.
