Summary:The paper gives a detailed overview and analysis of road transport noise propagation, noise composition and impacts on the living conditions. Road transport noise has been rapidly growing and the traditional noise abatement solutions, such as noise barriers, are not always suitable and cost-effective for particular road infrastructure. One of the most promising and effective solutions is the use of low noise pavements. Presently, low noise pavements are not being used in Lithuania but expected to have a good environmental noise reduction potential. However, the most effective low noise pavement solutions according to other European countries' experience are not always applicable for Lithuanian road conditions. For these reasons, few low noise asphalt pavement mixtures were developed to achieve a relatively high noise reduction effect and maintain sufficient mechanical and operational characteristics under Lithuanian conditions. Laboratory testing results (including mechanical and physical, noise reduction and durability characteristics) and comparison with traditional asphalt mixtures are provided in the paper as well as recommendations for the use of the developed low noise asphalt mixtures. Straipsnyje analizuojamas keliu transporto triuksmo susidarymas ir sklaida, triuksmo sudetis ir poveikis gyvenimo salygoms. Nuolat didejancio keliu transporto triuksmo kontekste tokios tradicines triuksmo mazinimo priemones, kaip triuksmo sienutes, ne visada ekonomiskai atsiperka ir yra pritaikomos. Vienas perspektyviausiu keliu transporto triuksmo problemos sprendimo budu--triuksma mazinancios keliu dangos. Nors sio tipo dangos Lietuvoje dar nera klojamos, taciau tikimasi, kad jos galetu gerokai sumazinti aplinkos triuksmo lygi. Efektyviausios triuksma mazinancios keliu dangos, klojamos Europos salyse, nera visada tinkamos Lietuvos keliu salygoms, todel buvo sukurtos specialiai Lietuvos salygoms pritaikytos triuksma mazinancios keliu dangos, kurios ne tik leistu sumazinti triuksma, bet ir pasizymetu mechaninemis ir eksploatacinemis savybemis. Straipsnyje pateikiami laboratoriniu bandymu rezultatai (iskaitant mechanines ir fizikines, triuksmo mazinimo ir ilgaamziskumo charakteristikas), kurie palyginti su tradiciniu asfalto misiniu savybemis. Taip pat pateikiamos sukurtu triuksma mazinanciu asfaltiniu dangu taikymo rekomendacijos. Reiksminiai zodziai: padangos/dangos triuksmas, tylus asfaltas, asfalto triuksmingumo tyrimai, dangos triuksmo emisija. Raksta sniegti parskats un analize par celu transporta troksna izplatisanos, troksna spektru un ietekmi uz dzives apstakliem. Celu transporta troksnis ir strauji palielinajies un tadi tradicionalie prettroksna risinajumi ka troksna aizsargbarjeras ne vienmer ir piemeroti un ekonomiski izdevigi konkretajai cela infrastrukturai. Viens no visdaudzsolosakajiem un efektivakajiem risinajumiem ir zema troksna segumi. Patlaban Lietuva netiek izmantoti zema troksna segumi, bet tiek uzskatits, ka tiem ir augsts troksna samazinasanas potencials. Lai gan jaatzime, ka citas Eiropas valstis visefektivakie zema troksna segumi ne vienmer ir izmantojami Lietuvas apstaklos. So iemeslu del ar noluku sasniegt relativi augstu troksna samazinajuma efektu un saglabat pietiekamas mehaniskas un ekspluatacijas ipasibas, izstradati dazi asfalta maisijumi, kas butu piemeroti Lietuvas apstakliem. Raksta sniegti laboratorijas testu gaita iegutie rezultati (tai skaita mehaniskie, fiziskie, troksna samazinasanas un ilglaicibas raksturlielumi) un veikts salidzinajums ar tradicionalajiem asfalta maisijumiem, ka ari sniegtas rekomendacijas izstradato zema troksna asfalta maisijumu izmantosanai. Atslegvardi: riepas/seguma troksnis, zema troksna asfalts, asfalta troksna tests, seguma troksna emisija. Artikkel annab pohjaliku ulevaate ja analuusi maanteetranspordi pohjustatud mura tekkest, kompositsioonist ja mojust elukeskkonnale. Transpordist pohjustatud mura on kiirelt kasvanud ja traditsioonilised muratokkevahendid, nagu muratokkeseinad, ei ole alati sobivad ja majanduslikult tasuvad teatud teetaristu korral. Uheks koige lubavamaks ja efektiivsemaks lahenduseks on madala muratasemega teekatted. Kaesoleval ajal madala muratasemega katteid Leedus ei kasutata, aga nad omavad oodatult head keskkonna murataseme vahendamise potentsiaali. Aga siiski ei ole teiste Euroopa riikide koige efektiivsemad madala muratasemega katete kasutamise kogemused alati Leedu tingimustes rakendatavad. Seetottu koostati moned eriti korge muraneelduvusega asfaltkattesegud, mis sailitaksid oma piisavaid mehhaanilisi ja ekspluatatsioonilisi omadusi Leedu tingimustes. Artiklis on esitatud laboratoorsed katsetulemused (mehhaanilised ja fuusikalised mura vahendamise ja tugevuse naitajad) ja nende vordlus traditsionaalsete asfaltbetoonsegudega ning soovitused koostatud madala muratasemega segude kasutamiseks. Votmesonad: rehvi/katte mura, madala muratasemega asfaltsegu, asfaltkatte murakatsed, mura neeldumine.
