Summary: | A panel discussion analyzing public health emergency law, featuring David Zocchetti, Martin Fenstersheib, and Thomas J. Balint Jr, and with moderation by Ernest B. Abbott, is presented. One key issue that still must be addressed between emergency and planning officials and the federal government, however, is the amount of federal money that can be spent on preparation and preparedness. |
