Summary:As stated earlier, the aim of the project was to develop the Scale for Positive Aspects of Caregiving Experience (SPACE). Taking into consideration the cultural needs, it was decided to develop the instrument in a questionnaire form, thus making it easy for the caregivers to respond. It was envisaged that the instrument should be easy to understand, comprehensive, and cover experience of a particular time frame. It should also be sensitive to change.
