Summary:[...]Chlorophorus damascenus (Chevrolat, 1854) rest. status and Chlorophorus sparsus (Reitter, 1886) rest. status are upgraded from subspecies level to species level.Monne and Bezark (2013) stated the species C. annularis was introduced in USA (Holartic region) and SE Brazil.Since the establishment of the genus Chlorophorus, more than two hundred species of 4 subgenera have been described worldwide (Ozdikmen, 2011a).According to the present investigation, the known distribution patterns of both taxa are overlapping at least in 12 provinces (Ankara, Bartin, Bolu, Bursa, Cankiri, Corum, Duzce, Icel, Karabuk, Kastamonu, Kirikkale and Nigde) (Figs. 1-2).According to the present investigation, the known distribution patterns of both taxa are overlapping at least in Antalya and Icel provinces.
