Summary:In this present work, subclasses of multivalent functions of complex order associated with simple logistic sigmoid activation function and Bernoulli Lemniscate were investigated. Early few coefficient bounds, relevant connection to Fekete-Szego inequalities and second Hankel determinant for the two classes [M.sub.L](P, [lambda], b, [[PHI].sub.m,n]) and [g.sub.L](p, [lambda], b, [[PHI].sub.m,n]) were obtained. Our results are new in this direction and give birth to many corollaries.
