Quantitative analysis of the enriched phosphopeptides is subsequently performed using label-based methodologies (e.g., SILAC, iTRAQ, and others). Here we describe the protocol for the quantitative analysis of phosphopeptides, enriched with titanium dioxide micro-column, using an intensity-based label-free quantitation.
