Summary:The Senior Student High School Rating Scale (SHRS) provides the basis for graduating high school seniors to provide a meaningful evaluation of the high school program they are graduating from. The norm provides an honest comparison between the students of one high school and the norm for many such corresponding schools. The raw score, on the other hand, suggests how a given high school might be in relation to the present "state of the art" in learning, and where it should improve to become better.
